Our White Sage essential oil is produced in small batches every 1-3 years by a local who wild harvests the plant from the mountains in Central Coast, California, and distills the white sage in small quantities. The last white sage harvest and distillation was undertaken in 2020, as the white sage plants are still optimizing their growth for another foraging.

Our wildcrafter, distiller, and friend tends to the wild plants in the environment, supporting the earth with his harvesting by collecting when the plants are abundant (and can benefit from thinning) to help clear space for new vegetation and allow for a continued thriving ecosystem.

Katrafay is a beautiful indigenous plant from the Madagascar region, known for its strength and toughness and traditionally used to make the royal Sakalava tombs.  Our supplier for Katrafay is a small local producer of regeneratively harvested indigenous plants; the potent pure Katrafay oil used in our blends is made from this wild Katrafay plant material that has been lovingly steam distilled.

Our organic Rose Otto nectar comes from a genius inventor and alchemist who has developed a unique method for refining a beautifully pure distillation of organic Rose flowers known for their beautiful red color and their depth of rich aromatic quality. 

Typically when one finds an authentic Rose distillation (known as Rose Otto), a sign of purity is the crystalization, which is solid-phase at lower room temperatures. Our Iranian distiller, working with the highest quality organic petals, has been able to purify out some of the denser constituents found in Rose Otto which crystalize at lower temperatures using a toolkit of natural alchemical processes.  The result is a potent and 100% pure organic Rose oil, which is aromatically more fragrant compared to traditional Rose distillation, and is naturally found liquid at room temperature.

Our American distiller specializes in a high-grade selection of Frankincense resins; Boswellia Sacra from Oman is often referred to as the finest quality Frankincense on the planet.  The wildcrafted Frankincense is selected and personally imported from a sustainable collective in Oman to produce this pure and potent oil.

This Frankincense oil is produced in small batches and typically takes several months to produce enough precious Frankincense Sacra oil to craft and create with. What we've learned is that the Oman Frankincense Sacra oil typically benefits from a short maturation process of about 30-90 days for its high-note character. This Frankincense Sacra oil is uplifting, vitalizing, cleansing and mood enhancing, with several aromatic layers to inspire the senses.
